Nyay Shruti is a digital initiative of the Indian Judiciary that facilitates secure and seamless Virtual Court Proceedings through advanced Video Conferencing technology. The platform enables remote participation of various stakeholders, including Judges, Court Users, Advocates, Litigants, Accused Persons, Witnesses, Police Officials, Prison Authorities, Prosecutors, Forensic Departments, and other concerned justice delivery stakeholders. Aligned with the vision of an integrated justice delivery ecosystem under the Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS) framework, Nyay Shruti enables seamless connectivity and information exchange among key stakeholders such as Courts, Police, Prisons, Prosecution, and Forensic Departments through secure API-based integrations. The platform facilitates interoperability between different pillars of the criminal justice system by enabling authenticated access, streamlined workflows, and efficient coordination among stakeholders involved in judicial proceedings. Through these integrations, Nyay Shruti supports faster communication, improved case coordination, and enhanced efficiency in the delivery of justice. Nyay Shruti aims to strengthen the judicial ecosystem by providing a secure, reliable, and user-friendly platform for conducting virtual hearings while reducing physical dependency, improving accessibility, and promoting technology-driven justice delivery across the country.
