The platform enables remote participation of various stakeholders, including Judges, Court Users, Advocates, Litigants, Accused Persons, Witnesses, Police Officials, Prison Authorities, Prosecutors, Forensic Departments, and other concerned justice delivery stakeholders. Aligned with the vision of an integrated justice delivery ecosystem under the Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS) framework, Nyay Shruti enables seamless connectivity and information exchange among key stakeholders such as Courts, Police, Prisons, Prosecution, and Forensic Departments through secure API-based integrations. The platform facilitates interoperability between different pillars of the criminal justice system by enabling authenticated access, streamlined workflows, and efficient coordination among stakeholders involved in judicial proceedings.
